I have a Hunter Palermo, Model 21617, with an 85464 receiver. The remote works well. The light can be turned on and off, but when I select a fan speed all I hear is a click in the receiver and a slight hum from the fan. No blade movement. Please advise on how to fix this.

I have a hunter ceiling fan model 20531-300. The fan is wobbling and I want to tighten the screws and reset the ball hanging rod. But I can’t get the decorative trim plate off. It is completely stuck no matter what we do to press, push, pull or twist. I’ve looked at the owners manuals and it is just not working. What should we do?
